AeroLogistix (ALGX) Advisory Services, a unique industry product that provides air carrier executives with real-time access to trusted, informed and confidential counsel, for a two-tiered, affordable monthly fee.

We take a proactive approach to understand your organization, strategy, values and people. We provide leadership with informed guidance that is tailored to your immediate and long-term objectives. Our Advisory Services are designed to be a reliable, experienced resource for commercial (cargo & passenger), corporate and government operators. Through an on-call service agreement, an ALGX principal is available as needed to assess business concerns that you may experience and assist your leadership team with assessing critical performance areas such as: strategic board management, regulatory and public policy issues, day-to-day operational effectiveness, financial strategy, market analysis, route development and technical infrastructure.

Our services are tailored to accommodate your unique needs and circumstances. Our initial priority is to better understand your organization. We achieve this by interviewing senior executives and when necessary, visiting select facilities. After assessing the information provided, we then consider service models, expectations and delivery; developing a personalized Advisory Services approach that provides each client with affordable and accessible support.
