Tammera L. Holmes

Tammera has over 20 years of professional aviation industry experience in flight, airport operations, facilities planning, environmental planning, sustainable airport design, regulatory compliance, agency coordination and strategic innovation. She has served as President & CEO of AeroStar Consulting Corporation in Chicago, Illinois since 2008, and in 2016, Holmes launched her non-profit The AeroStar Avion Institute to promote access to jobs in Aviation and Aerospace. Her passion is to get more youth, African Americans, females, and other underserved and under-represented populations interested in STEM careers, and help close the skills gap to meet the global demand for aviation professionals. She is an international speaker and an upstanding leader with the aviation community and across the United States. Her AeroStar programs are literally giving ``Wings to Dreams.``

John D. Shulansky
Chief Strategic & Commercial Officer & Partner

John is an analytical, and broadly experienced executive team member, with a demonstrated expertise for client centered solutions. Before joining AeroLogistix, Mr. Shulansky provided aviation consultancy as a partner, senior vice president and chief financial officer of Aviation World Services, LLC with a focus on governance; organization strategy and advancement, capital formation, and, management of policy and external affairs. An avid internationalist, he founded Atlantic Jet LLC in 2001 to develop scheduled international airline operations in a number of markets in the United States, including Bradley International Airport. In 1997, Mr. Shulansky helped to establish and served as a senior officer and corporate secretary of The IBP Aerospace Group, an international aerospace company with offices in East Hartford, Connecticut; Washington, DC; and London, UK, to develop and transfer Russian aerospace and defense technology to the United States.

Jeff P. Reynolds
Chief Financial Officer


Jeff has over 25 years experience in the airport/aviation industry as a senior financial executive with experience as a medium-hub CFO, a professional providing financial advisory services performing valuations, arranging debt and equity and working with principals investing and divesting aviation assets. Reynolds is recognized as a leader in the airport privatization sector with involvement in the initial FAA-Pilot Privatization Program legislation in the 1990's and many of the privatizations worldwide that occurred ever since. He has worked in 47 countries with expatriate stints in London and Dubai. As CFO of Ontario International Airport, he led the inaugural bond offering and played a prominent role in the successful acquisition of the airport from LA World Airports. Reynolds has worked for other world-class companies such as Lockheed Martin, AGI, Houston Airport System, and Abu Dhabi Airports Company. He has an MBA from USC with dual concentrations in Finance and the Entrepreneur Program, BA-Economics from UCLA.

Boyd F. Brown
Vice President Aircraft Leasing

Boyd has over 34 years of experience in the aviation industry with the Boeing Company, and his tenure included Customer Services, Program Management, Contracts and Sales in a Directorial role. Boyd is a highly effective, and persuasive communicator, and his worldwide customer exposure and firm understanding of the aviation industry, allows him to assist customers on total solutions, and firmly develops his "customer first" philosophy. He is a consummate professional with in-depth experience with multi-tasking project environments, and he maintains high personal standards, leads by example, and effectively utilizes hands on management style.

Angela K. Morrow
Director of Marketing

Angela has more than 20 years experience in corporate sales, marketing, public relations, and communication. Ms. Morrow possesses a master's degree in organizational leadership and a bachelor's in social science and psychology. Experienced in aviation and industrial safety program development and educational training have developed curriculums and processes for successful implementation in protocols for audits and procedures as the executive director of the 1Uganda Project, Angela has more than 17 years of philanthropy and strategic international logistics. 1Uganda Project is a non-profit organization committed to advocating self-efficiency by promoting an environment conducive to mental & physical health, educational growth, and economic stability both locally and internationally. As a business professional and leader, Ms. Morrow has a substantiated record of business development and structure, resulting in successful business enterprises.

De Kuenzi
Director of Business Development

De has over 30 years of aviation, government, logistics and strategic planning experience. Shortly after he began his procurement career at The Boeing Company it became apparent that Mr. Kuenzi possessed a talent for organization and planning. He restructured the manufacturing process of the 727 airstair and AWAC engine installation, which resulted in a two-week reduction in the assembly process. This caught the attention of a particular agency of the federal government. Kuenzi was recruited to the agency and spent several years as part of a very specialized unit of the agency. Kuenzi's primary responsibility was to organize specific projects and supervise the rest of his team. During his time with the agency Kuenzi was involved with over 50 successful operations. Those same organizational skills Kuenzi brings to AeroLogistix.

Malcolm C. Cox
Director of Maintenance Services

Malcolm has over 30 years' experience built upon the solid foundations of a RAF Halton Apprenticeship and 22 year's service in the RAF at home and abroad finishing his military career as an Engineering Officer. Since leaving the Service he has had a number of high profile appointments supporting some Europe's leading low-cost carriers as a service provider with responsibility for continuing airworthiness management. As a practicing aircraft maintenance manager, he brings a strong commercial focus to the application of regulatory compliance. He has experience in the application of business process re- engineering techniques to improve the performance of operational maintenance business units. He has the ability to remove cost and add value to aircraft maintenance and airworthiness management organizations.
