Mr. Reynolds is a distinguished financial executive with over 30 years of leadership in the airport and aviation industry. Renowned for his expertise as a medium-hub airport CFO, he has provided high-level financial advisory services, including valuations, debt and equity arrangements, and strategic guidance for aviation asset investments and divestitures.
A global authority in airport privatisation, Reynolds played a pivotal role in shaping the FAA’s Pilot Privatisation Program legislation in the 1990s and has since contributed to numerous privatisation initiatives worldwide. His international experience spans 47 countries, with expatriate assignments in London and Dubai, showcasing his ability to navigate complex global markets.
As CFO of Ontario International Airport, Reynolds led the airport’s inaugural bond offering and was instrumental in its successful acquisition from LA World Airports. His illustrious career also includes leadership roles at industry giants such as Lockheed Martin, AGI, Houston Airport System, and Abu Dhabi Airports Company.
Reynolds holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, with dual concentrations in Finance and the Entrepreneur Program, complemented by a BA in Economics from UCLA. His academic rigor and extensive experience cement his reputation as a visionary leader in aviation finance.
